The data released by Bureau of Labor Statistics for Consumer Price Index on 12th May, 2021 has come in at an increase to 0.8% for April 2021. Compared to the previous release for March 2021 at 0.7%, we can see that prices & inflation is increasing month over month.

Change in prices will be be determined by the high and low prices instead of the opening and closing prices.

Prices ranged between a low of 56,353.02 to a high of 56,615.45, a 0.46% change. Immediately following, trading volume increased significantly by 111% to 1,026 BTC. At this time, Bitcoin hit a low of 56,164.00 with a high of 56,604.55, a significant change of 0.78%.
