The data released by Bureau of Economic Analysis for Personal Consumption Expenditures on 31st July, 2025 has come in at an increase to 0.3% for June 2025. Compared to the previous release for May 2025 at 0.2%, we can see that prices & inflation is increasing month over month.

To see the impact and volatility of HBAR's price during the PCE release, we will first observe the difference in volume and price changes on the 4-hours chart, followed by the 15-minutes chart. Change in prices will be be determined by the high and low prices instead of the opening and closing prices.

4-Hours Chart Analysis

In the period prior to the release, the trading volume was 59.296M HBAR with prices swinging between 0.271620 and 0.279000, representing a swing of 2.65%. 15-Minutes Chart Analysis

Analysing on a lower time frame to get a more accurate picture, 3.11M HBAR in trading volume was observed prior to the data release. Prices ranged between a low of 0.271620 to a high of 0.273210, a 0.58% change. Immediately following, trading volume increased significantly by 132% to 7.217M HBAR. At this time, Hedera hit a low of 0.268980 with a high of 0.273270, a significant change of 1.57%.
